Answer from David Christensen:

Please show me where in the Constitution the Federal government has authority over this issue.

? 2. What should the federal government do, if anything, to ensure that every American has health coverage?

Answer from David Christensen:

Please show me where in the Constitution the Federal government has authority over this issue.

? 3. What, if anything, should the federal government do about immigration?

Answer from David Christensen:

Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution states "The Congress shall have Power ... To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization". I believe legal immigrants should be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, without favor or prejudice, and that illegal aliens should be arrested, tried and/or punished for their crimes, and deported.
