  • City Hall ignored drought of early 90's; not me. "No more home-building til 5 straight yrs of no drought." from my '94 mayoral campaign. Led to De-Sal
  • Knows that Govt intrusion into capitalism hinders expansion and creativity
  • Wants to undo specific wrongful & wasteful programs run by city hall
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Politicians can post their selfish campaign signs for weeks/months at a time; yet home sellers cannot post an "Open House" sign for even 15 minutes.
  • Must stop City Hall from planting trees at privately owned residences. Destroys views, sidewalks, curbs, sewer lines, etc.
  • Because those arbitrary Govt salaries have leaped far ahead of the private sector, employment/advancement must require owning at least 1 US-made auto
