Biographical Highlights
  • Occupation: Attorney/Mediator, Santa Clara County
  • My 27 years of experience in both civil and criminal law make me uniquely qualified to be a Superior Court judge.
  • As a mediator, I have the highest settlement rate in the state for the Dept. of Fair Employment & Housing, and the same rate in private mediations.
  • As a Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney, I prosecuted important cases including child molest.
  • As a civil attorney, I have handled cases in many areas of law from employment law and family law, to real estate, and personal injury.
  • I have handled more than a thousand cases including more than a hundred bench and jury trials and been a judge Pro Tem in Superior Court.
  • I have taught law for universities, law schools, and high technology companies.
