? 1. What experience or training do you have which would help the District meet its goals?

Answer from Alex Kennett:

Past Chairman of the Board. 7+ year member of the budget and administration committee. Served on the Agricultural Mitigation Ad Hoc Committee. Served on the Acquisition Committee. My district is the largest in the Authority. I've spent much time listening and meeting the goals for the various interests within my district - both economic and environmental.

? 2. What is your evaluation of the financial condition of the District?

Answer from Alex Kennett:

Dire. The Authority needs to look for a variety of funding sources outside the usual tax assessments.

? 3. In what ways would you collaborate with other governmental entities to achieve the District's goals?

Answer from Alex Kennett:

Collaboration and communication is essential to efficient operations. Meeting regularly with various district, county and commission members continues to be a priority.
