Candidate Ballot Statement

By Gregory Wilson

Candidate for Director; Del Paso Manor Water District

This information is provided by the candidate
I support safe, affordable water and believe Elected Directors have a responsibility to act in the best interests of Residents, Businesses and Consumers.
Name: Gregory Wilson Age: 41

Occupation: Finance Director

As a husband and father of two boys I support safe, affordable water and believe Elected Directors have a responsibility to act in the best interests of Residents, Businesses and Consumers.

Keeping your water safe is my number one priority followed by affordable rates and ensuring the ethical sustainability of the District. We should continue monitoring water quality and communicating with consumers who deserve clear information about their Drinking Water. Energy costs and other inflationary pressures are creating financial challenges that must be tackled and there are wonderful opportunities for conservation, reuse and reclamation programs.

More than a decade of volunteerism and paid employment in Finance, Operations Management, and Charitable Organizations qualify me to be of service from Day One. That experience includes Business Associations, a School District Finance Advisory Committee, a Medical Clinic, a Special Education School, an Adoption/Foster Care Agency, Outdoor Children's Programs, and my children's Elementary School Site Council. I hold a BA in Public Relations, a Masters in TESOL and have completed the course work for a Masters in Public Policy and Administration.

I welcome your support with a vote for Gregory Wilson. greg.wilson@juno.com
