My goals for Banning as a local businessman: To attain a balance of Accessible shopping, retail stores, entertainment and cultural arts for all residents and visitors. Develop a user-friendly city government that promotes and encourages new and existing businesses to generate city income. Create and monitor a city budget that reflects the primary goals of the city to maintain our high standards of public safety. Safeguard our water resources and environment, while promoting citywide growth. Build a means to attract the 150,000 cars currently passing Banning daily to stop for more than fast food.

I have learned over the last four decades of my career to listen carefully, and then make a Fair decision. I will use this ability to work with the council to achieve a responsible fiscal outcome. Instructions to City Staff and result monitoring must be clear and fair.

My Experience as a veteran, college student, engineer, manager, grant writer, executive director and Renaissance Pet Resort owner gives me the tools to see projects through to completion and meet budget. As a paid-call firefighter, food bank administrator, Lions Club past District Governor and non-profit supporter, I have always been involved in the welfare of the community.
