A hard-working civil engineer, a responsible husband, a father who values education as a foundation of life.

I'm an eight-year resident of the City of Westminster, responsible husband and father of three beautiful daughters who are attending in the Westminster School District (WSD). I deeply value and care about our children education and our school system.

After graduating from high school in 1987, I fled commumist Viet-Nam for freedom. After a few years in refugee camps, I came to this freedom land in 1990 with bare hands and no English.

The U.S. government and the people have given me opportunities to continue my education, to live a productive and constructive life. One of my goals has always been to serve the people and give back to the community; and education is one of my top priorities.

Since resettling in the USA, I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, have gotten married, and am raising my own family. A copy of my current credit report for your review, I've provably managed my life and my family well.

I have 11 years of working experience as a professional in both private and public sectors. As an accountable, dependable, economical, and responsible Project Manager, with my colleagues, I have effectively and efficiently managed more than $70 million infrastructure Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects, as the same size as the WSD budget.

As a proud homeowner, I shall work with you, teachers, WSD staff to make every cent of our hard-earned tax money accountable in providing the best education our children deserve. I neither write nor talk well like a career politician; however, if elected, I will do my best for your children as well as mine.

Again, thank you for your support during my candidacy. Together, let's make WSD a better, healthier, and safer place for our children to constructively study and learn. Together, we are going to make a difference!
