Board Member; Santa Ana Unified School District

I am a product of Santa Ana schools. As a successful business owner, I will restore fiscal accountability, public trust and transparency in the management of the Santa Ana Unified School District.

As a school board member, I will:

Modernize school facilities with state of the art technology and equipment

Reduce school over-crowding.

Improve test scores.

Reduce the number of schools that are academically under performing.

Increase the number of fundamental schools.

Increase the number of high school graduates.

Increase the number of students passing the high school exit exam.

Increase the number of students attending college.

Increase English and math instructional hours at all grade levels.

Increase the number of students attending pre-school, summer school,after-school and weekend tutoring programs.

Restore special education services.

Support, attract and retain quality faculty and staff.

Increase parental involvement.

Build partnerships with the community, businesses and private organizations.

Provide the highest level of public safety on campus.

I believe in giving back to the community. I am a member of the Santa Ana Kiwanis Club. I have helped raise funds for charities, student scholarships and school programs.
