Rancho Santa Margarita City Council Member

The Beall family has lived in Rancho Santa Margarita for 20 years. Tony has been married to his wife Jennifer for 20 years. They have four children: Andrew, Amanda, Anthony and Alex.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Tony is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in California for the past twenty years. As a real estate transactional attorney, he has developed an in depth knowledge and special expertise in legal matters relating to public and private financing, as well as the real estate development and land-use planning process. During the first thirteen years of his professional career Tony practiced law in two of the largest and most sophisticated private law firms in the State of California. He has served as Chief Counsel and managed the Legal Department for one of the largest providers of multifamily financing throughout the United States.
