Technical Leader for the design and development of the latest generation of Database Software. Responsible for the Architecture, Design and the development of the Database Relational Extenders and the Database Relational Extender Development Tool Kit. These Designs yielded 2 patents and produced the first commercially available Relational Database with fully integrated relational objects.

Designed and wrote the SQL Workaround Server for the DB2 Image Audio and Video Extender. Was the lead that took the project thru OOA , OOD and C++ implementation. It was written to be platform independent and is shipped on AIX , SUN , HP , Windows and z/OS. After the first release we added in Distributed Database Support.

Analyze the Knowledge Engineering research coming out of the leading universities and find real world applications for the technology. Was a founding member of the IBM Artificial Intelligence Support Center. Helped to establish the IBM Manufacturing Expert Systems Project Center in San Jose. Established the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Expert Systems competence Center in Sindelfingen Germany. Presented Paper on Artificial intelligence and Expert Systems at conferences in Austin Texas, Maracaibo Venezuela, Sao Palo Brazil, Amsterdam, La Hulpa Belgium, Brussels.
