  • Protect and Serve the Community

I am here to serve the citizens of Los Angeles County, and the State of California. Protecting the law abiding citizens of our community is of the highest priority. Currently, and for the past two years I have been employed as a Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner.

Many apply to become a Court Commissioner, but few are chosen. I believe that I was elected by the Judges because of my 25 years of experience as an attorney handling both complex criminal and civil cases. I also established a reputation as being "tough but fair," very knowledgeable on the law, having high integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Commissioners are elected by the Judges of the Superior Court, and perform nearly all of the same duties that a Judge does. Serving as an elected Judge is the next step in my public service to the community.

  • With Justice for All

I do not cater to special interests, and do not give preference to one side or the other. When someone comes before the Court they must know that there will be no favoritism or unfair advantage given to one side.

"Justice Delayed is Justice Denied". Each day I work hard with my court staff to assure that our courtroom provides the prompt and fair opportunity for cases to be tried or resolved without unnecessary delay or continuance.
