I was asked to run for a position on the District Board by Dr. Mark Phelps and his wife, Brook Dunn. I am running as the candidate representing the patients and the community-at- large. Because of my wife's multiple unusual health problems and disability, we are major users of the services of both the Clinic and the Hospital. To help ensure that I am the community candidate, I want to know what you think.
