Ursula's Vision for San Leandro:

Economic Development

Ursula Reed will work closely with local businesses toward community-oriented economic development, to fill up the empty storefronts in San Leandro, and get our local economy moving again. She will also ensure that youth and senior services are a priority.

A Safer City

Ursula Reed will find the resources we need to hire more police, and give them the tools to make our city safer. But hiring more police is just the beginning. She will work with the community to strengthen Neighborhood Watch programs, to ensure we are ready to help our neighbors when necessary.

A Partnership Between the City and the Schools

Ursula Reed will work collaboratively to identify recreational services and programs that we can build and maintain together, such as parks, gymnasiums, and other common interests. She realizes our communities are only as strong as our schools.
