  • I will continue working to keep our combined water/wastewater rates the lowest in the valley.
  • I will work to expand water recycling thoughout the valley.
  • I will continue to support expansion in biosolids recycling.

I will work hard to expand water recycling and to contain water and sewage rates to a minimum.
Water Quality and Taste
I will strongly support those water taste improvement programs that are the most reasonable and cost effective.
Biosolids Recycling
I believe biosolids recycling should be a district priority.
