  • Insure the continutation of quality recreational programs and facilities remains at their current high level
  • Increase collaboration between H.A.R.D. & local school districts to increase future recreation opportunities in areas where land/facilities is scarce
  • Insure that our changing demographics needs are addressed and met, such as increase in aging baby boomers, and changing cultural interests
