Shall the Pattonville Fire Protection District of St. Louis County, Missouri, incur an indebtedness of said District in the amount of Nineteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($19,500,000) and issue the bonds of said District in evidence thereof for the purpose of purchasing real property, constructing, equipping, and maintaining fire stations and purchasing and equipping ambulances and fire protection and fire-fighting apparatus and auxiliary equipment therefor?
