Shall Calvey Creek Sewer District of Franklin County issue its sewer revenue bonds in the principal amount of $4,000,000 for the purpose of acquiring land and easements and constructing, improving and extending the District's sewerage system, the cost of operation and maintenance of said system and the principal of and interest on said bonds to be payable solely from the revenues derived by the District from the operation of its sewerage system, including all future extensions and improvements thereto?

  • If passed, $4,000,000 of bonds would be issued to pay for the extension and improvement of the sewer system in this district that has experienced new construction and development. Revenues derived by the District will be used to pay the principal and interest on said bonds.
