Need to Force Indian Casinos to Pay for this Opportunity
California is cutting funds to education, hospitals, roadways, and necessities while Indian Tribes are building luxury resorts with swimming pools, and massive casinos.

No longer can the public expect our governor to negotiate agreements with individual tribes on the tax they will pay. We need a constant precentage written in law.
