The housing crisis is affecting all Californians
The housing crisis is a multi-level crisis in California and nationwide, which requires a multi-level strategy to correct. The various plans and Proposals are currently being reviewed.

  • The need to address lending practices and credit requirements.

  • Review guidelines for refinancing homes in California with lending institutions.

  • Propose lease to own agreements to homeowners pending foreclosure.

  • County by County Economic summits to address the economic crisis on the housing industry and develop updated local general plans.

  • Propose tax incentives for home builders to create affordable green homes.

  • Grants to Save our homes in California program.
