Get the federal government out of the health care business. Currently there is $54 trillion in unfunded medicare and social security. Most of it is medicare.
  • Promote a free market system. Get the government out of the health care business.

  • Provide tax-free individuals health savings accounts (HSA). Employers would contribute the health insurance premiums they are now paying to the employee's HSA. The employee would then purchase a major medical policy with a deductible. As the HSA increased in value the employee could raise the deductible thus lowering his premium.

  • Open pharmaceutical market to Canada and Mexico to drive down drug costs to US citizens.

  • Encourage Hospitals and Medical Associations to find ways to reduce medical errors and thus reduce insurance premiums and malpractice suits. Recent studies reveal that doctors are injuring 1 out of every 25 patents. http://www.slate.com/id/2145400
