Having grown up and lived in San Diego County for 24 years, and having lived for 16 years in Orange County, I am uniquely qualified for the 73rd Assembly District which encompasses both San Diego and Orange Counties. I am a graduate of San Diego State University and am a practicing CPA specializing in small business. Because of my profession, I am acutely aware of the regulatory and financial burdens on California businesses and property owners. Accordingly, I hope to eliminate many of the complex laws, and inefficient state services so that our children will inherit a vibrant California that respects individual liberty, and fosters greater personal responsibility giving rise to a renewed community spirit.

I am happily married with two wonderful children and am active in my church, Cub Scouts, and as an AYSO soccer referee. Hobbies are surfing, mountain biking, and the history of the American Revolution. I have been politically active as a supporter of the Cato Institute, the Club for Growth, and am a board member of "Young Executives of America," an organization dedicated to acquainting young business people with key issues and concerns facing the business community at all levels.
