Candidate for
County Supervisor; Sonoma County; Supervisorial District 5

The following is some detailed information on my background.

-spent 20+ years encouraging Santa Rosa to get their wastewater out of the River
-helped stop the measure B to widen 101 in 1990
-helped win the first open space measure in 1990
-1991 I began my involvement with Kenneth Crutchlow and Peter Bird involved with ocean rowing...I am now the American Director of the Ocean Rowing Society go to: http://www.oceanrowing.com -1992 I rebuilt the River Theatre for Hans Grahlman and co-managed Ziggurat nightculb.
-1996 opened the first internet cafe in Sonoma County at the old Sebastians Pizza by Hacienda bridge.
-1996 helped my friend Mike Reilly win the Supervisorial race.
-2000 met my lovely wife Svetlana in the Ukraine while doing work for the Ocean Rowing Society, we now have a five year old daughter Katya and Sveta's mom Layma has moved here.
-2002 we rented our commercial building by the Hacienda bridge to Caz Academy...now the Russian River Charter School.
-2002 I was elected to the Russian River Redevelopment Oversight Committee...I am the chair of the Rec and Park Committee and vice-chair of the Affordable Housing Committee. We have a list of 20 completed projects improving the environment, economy and housing of the Lower River from Rio Nido to Duncans Mills.
-2004 appointed by Mike Reilly to the Sonoma County Economic Development Board...we work on developing the economy in Sonoma County.
-we donate and help with numerous local, state and national organisations.
