Smart Voter Official Statement for Eddie Alvarez

Candidate for
County Supervisor; Sonoma County; Supervisorial District 5

This is a copy of information submitted to elections officials by the candidate

Why am I running? Well for starters I don't agree with the way things are going, and as a native son this is my call to duty! Action, not words, puts the money where my mouth is! I'll proudly lead by example, by putting the majority of my first year's net salary towards public schools.

I don't have political baggage. I've never sought out a political office, yet I'm the first official Sonoma County Supervisor Candidate. I don't fear work, and do what needs to be done to accomplish my goals. Such as when I restored creeks on my 18th birthday, because I felt that it was a gift for both Sonoma County and me. There isn't a better gift than the one that keeps giving.

My thumbs were not made for twiddling. Business has taught me to get it done, or not eat. I don't pretend to know it all, but I have the right tools to get it done. Let my love for the environment, and the knowledge of the business world serve you. No twiddling of thumbs. Let's get it done!
