2008 Education Parcel Tax Measure

- To benefit all of the students living in the communities served by Healdsburg High School by maintaining small class sizes, updating technology and providing for necessary educational programs and materials, shall the Healdsburg Unified School District be authorized to levy an annual tax of $88 per taxable parcel for seven years only, beginning July 1, 2008, with annual audits and offering an exemption for parcels owned and occupied by persons 65 or over?

- To continue to provide our students with courses in the arts and music, as well as technology instruction, all essential for student growth and development, shall the Gravenstein Union School District be authorized to levy a qualified special tax of $45 per year on each parcel of taxable real property in the District for no more than eight years, commencing July 1, 2009, after the expiration of the existing parcel tax, with annual audits and an exemption for seniors?
