Questions & Answers

1. What would you do to increase the number of voters registered in your party?

I support party efforts to ensure we reflect our heritage as the big tent party. In this regard, more aggressive voter registration should be targeted on our large ethnic populations, our first time voters and our miluitary veteran populations. Additionally, we need to outreach and recruit more business representation within the party.

2. What would you do to help the campaigns of candidates of your party?

I am active at all levels from the school district to city councils race, county, state and federal races. I work for both specific candidates as well as the party in phone banking, precinct walking and mobilizing, and fundraising.

3. Why did you become a member of this political party?

I have been a life long activist and member of the Democratic Party. This is the oldest national party whose tenets promote the value of the individual, social jsutice for the entire population, a strong national defense, and responsible government. My first campaign as an activist was at the age of 9. My first presidential campaign was canvassing for John Kennedy in 1960.
