Questions & Answers

1. What experience related to city government would you bring to the City Council?

I bring the experience of the last 30 years from the corporate world and holding different position from Manager to President of the corporation. I am a seasoned and accomplished business veteran that wants to bring a common sense business approach to City hall, and take leadership in application of best commercial business practices to the City Governments

2. What concerns are of particular importance to the city and how would you address them?

Lately, I have been very concerned about our community. The impending recession, flight of jobs, loss of manufacturing, and the housing debacle coupled with massive budget deficits needs better seasoned business veterans that bring better fiscal consertiveness to the people. We just cannot afford to spend our way out of the problems and keep raising the taxes, fees on our constituents who are over burdened already.

I intend to help in building the city's infrastructure, bring added diversity and representation to the City and encourage the business leaders to be more involved in the City.

Time to bring the change, change is now.

We need a new Fresh approach. We need to think outside the box. We need to run this community and city as our own and ensure that the generations to follow are left with a Great, progressive City.

Our people are our best resources and assets. My vision is to bring the job to our city and local community and for our future generations

3. How would you balance the needs of the City as a whole with groups' interests?

We need to have a system that Streamlines the process of constituent concerns or issues which enables the Councils Members to compare and analyze constituent issues within and across districts So that can improve the Council's response to community needs and be able assist to develop a legislative agenda and budget priorities.
