We do not often have the opportunity to vote for Superior Court Judges, but when the opportunity arises it is important that we elect the best qualified candidate. While your Senator, Assembly Member or County Supervisor may never make a decision that directly impacts your life, Judges make those decisions every day.

Judges make child custody decisions, resolve business disputes, administer probate estates and sentence convicted criminals. My broad legal experience and history of commitment to our community demonstrate that I am the most qualified candidate.

In Riverside County we have lost the ability to resolve most civil disputes, and we are in danger of losing our Family Law and Probate Courts as well. Our civil Courts no longer serve our community by resolving those important issues. The Riverside District Attorney is now trying to take over our Family Law and Probate Courts for more criminal cases. We cannot afford to have more judges on the bench that agree with that policy. We must protect our Family Law and Probate Courts, and take back our Civil Courts. I will work hard to ensure that the citizens of Riverside County have access to a complete justice system, not just a criminal justice system.
