Bill is opposed to the East Shore Power Plant. He voted with the rest of City Council to oppose it. Bill will continue to fight the power plant, which is too near our homes and schools. While the final decision on the power plant will not be made by the City Council, but by the California Energy Commission, it is important that we as citizens of Hayward attend the Commissions meeting and protest the placement of the plant in Hayward. |
