Refocusing on domestic priorities and the War on Terror.Tom believes our military, when strategically deployed, is a critical force for peace and prosperity. But the fact is, the war in Iraq has weakened our nation's security at home and our standing abroad. Tom strongly supports a defined end to our military's commitment in Iraq, and he will fight to redeploy our troops to other regions in the world where terrorists pose a true and immediate threat to our nation's security. He is committed to protecting the men and women who bravely serve our country, and believes that we must honor the promises we have made to our veterans. |
