The biggest problem facing our district
The biggest problem facing our district is property taxes. I believe the state sales tax should be amended to allow a consumption tax. Whereas all people would be taxed fairly on all purchases allowing the property taxes to be eliminated. This will help the elderly and others who are on a fixed income. The actual amount of the additional consumption tax will based on research from other states and or areas utilizing a similar type of tax.
