Born and raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Jeff graduated from the Pittsburgh Technical Institute in 1981 with a degree in Industrial Design. He has earned an excellent reputation with local Engineering firms as an Electrical Power and Control Systems Designer. Jeff has supervised hundreds of electrical design and construction projects throughout the United States. In 2007, he successfully completed work on a new 345kv substation for Duquesne Light that will provide reliable electricity to our region.

Known across Pennsylvania as a Political Warrior and Leader, Jeff has been dependably working at the grass-roots level of politics by educating voters, campaigning to elect traditional republican candidates, and lobbying our elected representatives to support legislation that will protect our constitutional rights. At his own expense, Jeff has made numerous trips to Harrisburg to discuss pending legislation with our elected representatives.

Jeff has devoted a significant amount of time to helping raise funds for a wide variety of Pennsylvania based charities. He was selected to serve as a voting member of the board of directors for ABATE of PA, and as the State Public Relations officer for the organization. As State PR officer, Jeff was the official spokesperson for the 6,000+ members and was regularly interviewed for television, radio and newspaper articles.

Jeff is currently a Beaver County Republican party committee member, representing New Sewickley Township. In 2006 Jeff ran a strong campaign for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, 14th district. The primary election race was decided by fewer than sixty votes.

Jeff is an endorsed Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment, traditional republican candidate. The restoration of our property rights is central to his campaign and to our future. Jeff will work with the legislature to cut spending and restructure the tax revenue system to reach our goal of:

  • Eliminating property taxes
  • Eliminating inheritance taxes
  • Restricting the use of eminent domain laws

The political decisions we make today will directly impact upon our future, and our children's future. When elected, Jeff will introduce and/or support legislation to:

  • Reduce state business taxes and regulations to encourage real economic growth
  • Work to provide family sustaining jobs within our district
  • Reduce health care costs and retain quality care providers
  • Increase funding for local infrastructure projects
  • Increase local control of our children's education
  • Decrease taxation, through a limited, more efficient state government

Jeff is running for the Senate to help restore confidence and pride in our government by working to protect our constitutional rights, reduce our tax burden, increase government transparency, and provide an environment that encourages business to locate within our district.
