In order to provide access to health care services for those who are uninsured, I voted in favor of the Pennsylvania Access to Basic Care (PA ABC) plan in March. If approved, the bill would expand adultBasic benefits to include eligible working people, and add prescription drug coverage, behavioral health services, wellness care and disease management. |
