Candidate for
State Representative; District 150; Democratic Party

I am Kelbin Carolina, a Montgomery County resident for 14 years and a banking/economic development officer for some 30 plus years now. A career that have allowed me to analyze the financial statements of Fortune 500 companies, provide commercial loans to Pennsylvania Corporations, small businesses, churches, revitalized distressed communities through Community Development Block Grant dollars, provided business loans to ethnic minority business persons and provided residential mortgages to qualified individuals throughout the United States, not sub prime loans.

It is my intent to be your new State Representative of the 150th District, as a result of your support in the April 22nd Primary and the November 4th General Election. Being your State Representative is of great interest to me because it will allow me to apply the skills that have been acquired over the last 30+ years to provide public service to all of the residents of the 150th District.

It is important to me that I represent you and the concerns that you have for our community, because I have concerns that may be the same as yours. As a husband of 26 years and a father for 18, I want a safer place for us all too live, work and play. This calls for;

1. Strict enforcement of our environmental (air, water) polluters
2. Less traffic congestion as we participate in our daily commutes
3. Equitable distribution of our public educational resources
4. Quality health care insurance for all
5. Have any and all developers communicate fully with the residents to have the residents be engaged in the projects that will be in our backyards without attending a Township meeting or reading about it in the newspaper as it is nearing approval from various Township Supervisors.

As your State Representative of the 150th District, I intend to bring a brand new prospective to the position by keeping you informed and representing your concerns and thereby having us all share in the success of the 150th District.
