Questions & Answers

1. What are your qualifications for office? (50 word limit)

I have lived in the Harrison area for 30 years and have raised our three children here. I owned and operated a business in downtown Harrison for five years and have twenty years of management experience. I have a common sense approch that will be valuable in city government.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

1) Managing growth- Harrison has a good Land Use Plan. We should adhere to it when considering new residential developments. The plan that is best for our community is not necessarily the most profitable for the developer. 2) Economic development- We should work to attract developments that will create good-paying jobs and stimulate economic growth. 3) Clean, safe neighborhoods- A solid police presence in our neighborhoods must be continued. Encourage neighbors to work together to create attractive, safe and heathy places to live. Hold parents accountable for the actions of their children. Develop additional park and recreation areas.
