Position Papers
Increase the value of Cincinnati
A city, just like a company, can only cut costs so far before there is damage to the infrastructure. My focus is on creating value and generating more net worth for our city to provide more services for all residents.
Streetcars
When looking at building the net worth of Cincinnati, streetcars are an essential component of the solution. They attract economic development and provide a valuable service to residents and visitors.
Clean and Safe
In a neighborhood or city, relatively minor crimes like graffiti and public disorder are invitations to more serious crimes. The environment is perceived as unmonitored, a place where destructive behavior and minor crimes will not be noticed.
