Questions & Answers

1. What are your qualifications for office? (50 word limit)

I have been a resident of FP for approximately 15 years and I want to serve our community. Have over 12 years of purchasing with skills in negotiating contracts/prices. I hold a BA degree in Liberal Studies which have exposed me to a wide area of studies. Having served as president of a Homeowners Association for 2 years and VP for 1 year, I am accustomed to listining to residents's issues and taking actions to solve them and will be able to use that experience with the entire community of FP.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

I want to make sure all citizens of FP are made aware of all services that are available to help them maintain their property so that they are in compliance with the city's codes. And for those citizens that are failing to maintain their property, property maintenance should be mor diligent in enforcing the codes. I want to work to find recreations for our children by soliciting sponsers. I want to make sure the redevelopment plans stay on tract and that we are aggressive with business recruitment to fill vacancies in our community.

3. State three actions that you recommend to promote regional cooperation, and explain how you would implement each action? (150 word limit)

Getting the entire community involved by staying visibable to all residents and listening to what they have to say.

Making sure that all residents' properties are and stays up to code by citing those that are not in compliance.

Keeping our children off the streets by soliciting sponsers to help provide the necessary recreations.
