Questions & Answers

1. What are your qualifications for office? (50 word limit)

I clerked for the Honorable Robert P. Ringland at the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas. I then joined Millikin & Fitton Law Firm where I practiced corporate, business and taxation law. In 2005, I left full time employment but continue to do contract work for the firm and individuals.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

As Law Director, I believe my diversified legal background, extensive research experience and ability to devote more time to the legal issues that face our city will reduce the need for outside legal services. I will not let politics interfere with my service to the other city departments or residents. I believe the Law Director has a fiduciary responsibility to the citizens to control the money spent on outside legal services and should work to resolve conflicts and to assist in making government operate more effectively.
