2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Answer from Charles A "Chuck" Heis:

I will utilize my forty years of education and work experience to review the minutes of the board and the fiscal/accounting records of Crosby to familiarize myself with the township computerized accounting system. I then plan to seek any additional trainings before taking office to assure that the Crosby Township records are up to date, complete, and accurate for the trustees to make informed decisions. I would also assist other township employees on payroll questions, etc. If any other townships need assistance, I would be available to help out.

3. State three actions that you recommend to promote regional cooperation, and explain how you would implement each action? (150 word limit)

Answer from Charles A "Chuck" Heis:

In all my employment positions and volunteer jobs, I always believe in providing assistance to co-workers and I would bring this same cooperation to the Fiscal Officer position for Crosby township. If I am elected, the trustees and the other employees will be welcome to my "open door" policy. I plan on telling them if other townships also need assistance because of a temporary vacancy or a turnover of their Fiscal Officer, I would glad to assist them. I also plan on calling the neighboring fiscal officers and inform them to call me if I can be of assistance to them.
