Reading Clerk of Council 2006-present Life-long resident of Reading First Reading Clerk of Council to put Council minutes and Ordinance Index on the Internet


2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Answer from David E. Pflanz:

I would put more money in the Streets and Curbs fund Encourage passage of laws requiring property owners to state what they plan to do with their property Encourage home owners to use materials which will reduce the risk of flooding.


3. State three actions that you recommend to promote regional cooperation, and explain how you would implement each action? (150 word limit)
