Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber is a 1984 graduate of Pace University School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in July, 1985, and thereafter was admitted to The Federal Court System in Nomveber, 1985. The first few years of her career was as an associate attorney for firms in the Bronx and Yonkers. She ran for office for County Legislator in 1987, was married in 1988 and has three boys, Peter, Joseph and Christian.
She was in private practice for many years. Her office was located on the corner of Riverdale Avenue and Radford Street, in Yonkers. She practiced in the Yonkers City Court handling matters such as small claims cases, landlord and tenant cases, civil litigation and criminal defense matters. She also has experience in Bankruptcy and Family Court Matters.
For the past six years she has been a court attorney for the City Court of Yonkers where she works as support for the Judges ,the Court Staff and Administration which includes, but is not limited to, legal research, mediation, and warrant review.
