Community Involvement - Expanding City partnerships with residents to create solutions in planning downtown, managing neighborhood traffic, and understanding community needs.

Education - Championing quality education and youth success through partnerships that support Family Centers, youth programs, improvements to Schaberg & Main Libraries, the new Shores Library and PAL.

Sustainability - Redwood City has emerged as a leader in recycled water, water conservation and energy efficiency efforts.

Fiscal Responsibility + Preserving essential services despite tough economic times, stretching tax dollars with State and private grants to improve parks, libraries, and City infrastructure.

Economic viability + Retaining and attracting new business and jobs that support our community.

Housing + Downtown plan will create quality housing and retail located near transit and other amenities.

Arts and Culture + Champion of Historic Courthouse restoration, Courthouse Square and expansion of cultural activities throughout the City.

Police and Fire - Insuring community safety with adequate Police and Fire staffing.

Seniors + Continue expansion of senior programs and services.

Collaboration - Working with Belmont / Redwood Shores School District for a new Elementary school. Working on the multi-agency Bair Island Restoration Project.

The Future - We face complex challenges as we move into the future. I will continue to work with our community to create thoughtful, effective solutions. I look forward to working with you and appreciate your continued support.
