WE have much open space in the Baylands and Sierra Point
The Baylands
Approximately 530 acres of covered dump for San Francisco's debris. Developer purchased the site and wants to develop it.
Sierra Point, Slough,UPC Hotel and 400 Condominium complex
SierraPoint is a 100 acre former dump site. Currently we have 2 hotels, and and 4 large multi story buildings, and a Marina. These proposed projects will fill this site.
