My husband and I are long time Marina residents and have been deeply involved in our local schools and community. Our four children successfully navigated their way to graduation. With the growth of the city of Marina and the ongoing development of California State University, Monterey Bay we need to carefully focus on the quality of the educational opportunities and facilities of our school district. I am asking for your vote this November in order to put me in a position to work with other Trustees to provide that careful and deliberate focus on the quality of education for all of our children. I believe that education, collaboration, economic empowerment and leadership will further move our district on a path to excellent. |
