HOWARD C. WHITE

My background has uniquely prepared me to serve as a director of the La Habra Heights County Water District Board.

I have served on boards as a director of public corporations. As President of WHITE & WHITE LLC we provide professional services to public and privately-held companies.

Previously, I served as the managing partner of accounting, audit and consulting services for one of the "Big 5" accounting firms with responsibility for offices in Southern California, Nevada, and Hawaii; subsequently becoming managing director of finance for the worldwide firm.

One of my clients was Southern California Water Company, providing me first-hand knowledge of the Company's operations and responsibilities in bringing quality water, adequate supply, and system infrastructure to meet residential, commercial, and emergency needs at fair rates and costs.

Our family has enjoyed living in La Habra Heights since 1978.
