Dear Lomita Neighbors,

Thank you for the privilege of serving as your councilmember and mayor these past four years. Your vote will allow me to continue to serve you.

Looking back, we have accomplished a lot. I say "we" because I have worked closely with my fellow city council members to make Lomita a better place to live, work and play.

When I first ran for city council I pledged to: · Protect our Quality of Life · Maintain our Public Safety. · Support Senior and Youth Programs · Work on Economic Development

I have worked hard to maintain the "small town feel" of Lomita and preserve the integrity of our neighborhoods. I have strived to make Lomita a safe place to live and raise a family. I have championed quality programs at our parks for seniors and children. I have worked to make our downtown area a welcoming place for businesses and residents.

One of my most proud accomplishments is the successful return of Lomita Founders Day Hometown Fair. When I was first elected to the City Council, I personally worked to raise the money to fund the event and have insured that Founders Day has been in the City Budget each year since.

On November 6th, cast a vote for proven leadership and fiscal responsibility. Vote for an independent, experienced Councilmember, Mark Waronek.

Please feel free to call me at (310) 281-1144 or send me an email at mark@waronek2007.com

Sincerely,

Mark Waronek Mayor of Lomita
