BACKGROUND:

I am 52 years old,a lifelong resident of the Whittier area, Married to Deborah Lee (Chavez) Pacheco. We raised three (3) children who attended public schools in the Whittier Union High School District. Joseph, Bernadette, Vincent. We have six (6) beautiful grandchildren, Isaiah (11), Angelina (10), Abigail "Abby" (8), Isabelle (7),Abraham (5), and Mercy Marie (1). Isaiah, Abby, and Isabelle have attended school in the South Whittier School District.

My wife Debbie and I make our home in South Whittier, where she is also active in education as a Member of the South Whittier School Board.

My Community Service spans over a 25 year period, and includes the following.
