• Reduce cost, control expenses, and transfer the savings to the customers.
• Bring new ideas and new leadership to the Board.
• Ensure the highest water quality for the District.
• Have an accessible representative who will make conscientious decision for you and the District rather than someone just 'rubber-stamping' proposals.
• Keep up with the technology and provide tighter management to improve the overall customer expereince and services. Push the use of payment online and/or direct deposit program as well as service activation via telephone and/or online.
• Make the water board more accessible and accountable to the public, local cities, and/or authorities with improved communication/coordination and better board/committee meeting times.
