Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District

I was born and raised in the City of Norwalk. I attended Norwalk-La Mirada Schools from K-12.

I have been a resident of La Mirada since 1980.

My husband and two children attended Norwalk-La Mirada Schools K-12.

I am currently the Vice President of the Southeast Regional Occupational Program that serves the students of Norwalk-La Mirada and ABC Unified.

During the past 22 years of my Community and PTA service, I have served and continue to serve on Boards as President, Treasurer, Auditor, Programs and Membership. I am also a Past President of the Norwalk-La Mirada Council of PTA's.

During my 12 years of service as a Member of the Board of Education, I hope to achieve success through word of mouth and the efforts of my supporters to encourage their friends, families, and neighbors to consider voting for me.

This truly is a "grassroots" effort; I do not seek or accept monetary contributions. Money donated to my campaign would be put to better use by supporting your local PTA, Booster Club, or any organization that supports children and youth.
