My main concentration will be fiscal responsibility. Not only do we need better control over finances but also hold those who are responsible for disbursements and apporval more accountable. We must also hold others, such as our Tax Collector more accountable to our residents and to our Council. This person provides vital information to the Borough that allows us to operate. This person should also be held accoubtable for the time he/she is going to be available to the residents, be more responsive to inquireis for tax certifications which affect the turn around time for the sale of homes in the Borough.

Storm Water Management is very important to our residents We must emphasize how it affects our health as well how it will affect us financially. If we don't make the proper changes, we will be paying for it financially and for some of us it may present a real hardship.

Our youth are our future. We pay high school taxes for a substandard educational system. We have to stand up and fight for our children and let the officals on all levels know that we are not going to take the neglect of our children anymore. They need a recreation center where they can grow and develop, where they can learn and study, a place that has total commitment for all of our children.

We have a police department that does not have all of the equipment they need to protect our community. They put their lives on the line for us everyday and deserve to have tazers, more bullet proof vests and a better partol room with better equipment.

We have an aging infrastructure and need to do things that are necessary to improve the quality of life in the Community. Attracting business and getting developers interested in our community to help to improve the quality of life in the Borough. Seeking government funds to revitalize our community is key to improving our community. Building new homes, finding programs that will help our seniors repair their homes with no cost to them and attracting new businesses will make this a community where everyone will be seeking to live.
