Rick Lacey offers the voters of Delaware County the best chance for reform, and good government.
Rick Lacey, a lifetime resident of Delaware County, offers fresh, new ideas and the independence to be an effective reformer. He graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School before attending Villanova University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Master's Degree in Political Science.

A Springfield Realtor, Lacey is an expert in Economic Development, with an with an extensive background in hospitality and tourism. He lives in Springfield with his wife Maureen and daughter Shannon.

Lacey has called for regional cooperation in expanding the capability of Willow Grove Airport, to relieve traffic at Philadelphia International Airport. He advocates a proactive approach to maintaining infrastructure, and transportation systems.

His top fiscal priority is to lower property taxes.

Lacey's candidacy has won the enthusiastic endorsement of other reform minded Republicans, including the Haverford Township Republican Committee, the Marple Republican Team, and endorsements by Commissioners Sandy Miazza, and Gigi Cassidy-White of Upland.
